Refund Policy

Refund Policy - Graphic Design Services 

  • Project Cancellation:

    If a client cancels the project before the design is started, a full or partial refund may be available, depending on the stage of the project and the terms outlined in the contract. 

  • Failure to Meet Specifications:

    If the final design doesn't meet the agreed-upon specifications, a refund or partial refund may be considered, especially if the designer did not communicate about the changes or deviations. 

  • Time Delays:

    If the project is delayed significantly without prior communication, a refund might be considered, but it depends on the terms of the agreement and the reason for the delay. 

  • Non-Performance by the Designer:

    If the designer fails to deliver the design as agreed, a refund may be available. 

  • Ineligible for Refund:

    Once the design is delivered and approved, a refund is generally not granted, even if the client dislikes the final result. 

  • Deposits:

    Non-refundable deposits are common in graphic design contracts to secure the designer's time and resources. 

  • Partial Refunds:

    In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if a project is canceled or if there are issues with the final design, but this is usually dependent on the terms of the contract. 

  • Refund Process:

    Refund requests should be made within a reasonable timeframe after the delivery of the project, and the process for refund should be clearly outlined in the refund policy. 

Refund Policy - Products Sold 

Returns are accepted with 7 days of recieving the product. I tems must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange
